At Grill & Traditional Restaurant, we bring Albanian culinary tradition to your table, cooked with fresh local ingredients and time-honoured recipes. Our kitchen has a particular passion for the grill: slow-cooked meats, smoky aromas and flavours that are hard to find elsewhere. We welcome guests from near and far with the same warmth and are proud to make everyone feel at home. We are open every day, ready to share a good meal and a good moment with you.
Lamb ribs, homemade sausages and carefully selected cuts, slow-cooked over real flames for deep, smoky Albanian flavour.
Prawns, squid and freshly caught fish from the Vlorë sea, prepared simply to let the quality speak for itself.

A fantastic restaurant! The lamb ribs and the prawns were excellent. Our waiter Bledi was incredibly attentive, and when we asked what Sambuca was, he even brought us a small taste. My friend and I had a wonderful evening and will definitely come back. Great food, large portions, fair prices and a fantastic atmosphere.
